The AKS-74u
This is a weapon with 30 rounds and a firing rate of 650 RPM. The factions that can utilize this weapon are the Spetsnaz and the Russians. This is one of those starting weapons on the BF3 engineer kit. For players who play as Spetsnaz, this is the default weapon that is given. This is actually basic carbine or sub machine gun. In essence, this is the sub machine gun counterpart of the AK-74M.
In terms of firing rate and overall power, this gun is pretty much like the AK-74M. It is also known to have less kickback, therefore, it is also more accurate. You can effectively use this in short distances and when you shoot from the hip. If you want to fight at long distances, this shouldn’t be your first choice for a weapon. It also isn’t that fast for a sub machine gun.
The M4A1
This is a sub machine gun that is comparable to the M16A3. It has a magazine capacity of 30 rounds with a firing rate of 800 RPM. The factions that use this are the USA and USMC groups. When firing at long distances, you should look for a different weapon as it isn’t as effective when you’re from afar. Just like the AKS-74u, it lacks accurateness at moderate to long distances.
The SCAR-H
This is a famous carbine among players who prefer the Engineer class. This gun has both major advantages and disadvantages to boost. A major advantage is that its bullets are powerful as it also delivers a full-packed punch. The negative thing about this weapon is that it has a very small clip for an automatic weapon. If you are trigger-happy, it is possible for you to burn an entire clip in just a matter of seconds! Firing at 20 rounds and 600 RPM, this is truly a weapon of destruction!
Engineer Class and Its Limited Arsenal
